The ZF series vacuum pump station (also known as vacuum generating device, vacuum negative pressure station, etc.) is a complete system that uses one or two water ring vacuum pumps as vacuum acquisition equipment and vacuum tanks as vacuum storage equipment. For situations where the vacuum source is frequently used and the required pumping volume is not too large, this system greatly saves energy compared to directly using a vacuum pump and effectively improves the service life of the vacuum pump.

This equipment can provide vacuum sources for medical gas center stations in various large and medium-sized hospitals in China, and is widely used in vacuum stations in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, canning systems in the light industry, negative pressure forming of rubber and plastic engineering parts in the automotive industry, impregnation of flame-retardant conveyor belts in coal mines, and vacuum sources in the casting industry (V-method, VRH, V-EPC).

working principle:

1. Two vacuum pumps
Firstly, set the upper and lower limits of the vacuum system (for example, set the upper limit to -0.08MPa and the lower limit to -0.06MPa). After starting the system, one of the vacuum pumps starts working until the vacuum degree in the vacuum tank reaches the upper limit of -0.08MPa. At this time, the vacuum pump automatically stops running, and the vacuum in the vacuum tank is automatically cut off by the vacuum check valve. If the vacuum degree in the vacuum tank drops below the lower limit of -0.06MPa due to work requirements, the other vacuum pump automatically starts until the vacuum degree in the vacuum tank reaches the upper limit of -0.08MPa. This cycle is repeated automatically to keep the vacuum degree in the vacuum tank between the upper and lower limits. If the vacuum degree in the vacuum tank is lower than the lower limit value for more than a certain period of time due to the high demand for air volume in the work, and a single vacuum pump cannot pump the vacuum degree in the tank above the lower limit, the other vacuum pump will automatically start until it exceeds the upper limit.

The two vacuum pumps can also be switched to manual start and stop.

2. A vacuum pump
Firstly, set the upper and lower limits of the vacuum system (for example, set the upper limit to -0.08MPa and the lower limit to -0.06MPa). After starting the system, the vacuum pump will automatically stop when it reaches the upper limit, and the system will automatically start when the vacuum degree is lower than the lower limit. The vacuum pump can also be manually started and stopped.

Performance characteristics:

  • After the first start-up, the entire operation process of the device can achieve fully automatic control. During its operation, the vacuum degree in various parts of the vacuum system always fluctuates up and down within its allowable range, and the fluctuation range can be adjusted according to user requirements. If the vacuum level falls below the set value, the alarm will sound a warning.
  • This device automatically controls the system without human operation and can automatically close the vacuum system during power outages.
  • The device is equipped with a gas water separator, which can save water sources and reduce environmental pollution.
  • The vacuum tank of this device can be designed as a horizontal or vertical structure according to the site, making installation more flexible.
